A2P (Application-to-Person) A registration that lets businesses send text messages legally. Phone carriers (like AT&T and T-Mobile) require this. Think of it like a license to send business texts. AI Bot The automated assistant that sends and replies to text messages for you. It reads messages, understands them, and writes back — all without you lifting a finger. Automation A set of rules that run in the background. For example: “When a lead replies, move them to the ‘Replied’ stage.” These are pre-built by Revora. Do not change them.B
Bot Short for AI Bot (see above). Buffer Time A break between appointments on your calendar. If you have a 15-minute buffer, there will always be at least 15 minutes between calls. Bulk Action An action that applies to many contacts at once — like importing a CSV file or adding a tag to 100 contacts.C
Campaign (A2P) Part of the A2P registration process. A “campaign” describes the type of messages you’ll send. Required for SMS compliance. Contact A single person in your system. Each contact has a name, phone number, and other information. Conversation A text message thread between your AI (or you) and a lead. Found in the Conversations tab. CSV A type of spreadsheet file (Comma-Separated Values). Used to import lists of contacts into the system. Custom Field An extra piece of information on a contact (beyond the basics like name and phone). Examples: Lead Score, Lead Tier, Property Address.D
Dashboard The main screen that shows your key metrics — like how many leads were contacted, how many replied, and how many calls were booked. DND (Do Not Disturb) When a lead asks to stop getting messages. The system marks them as DND and will not send them any more texts. This is automatic and required by law. DTA (Direct-to-Agent) The Revora system for reaching out to real estate agents. The AI contacts agents, qualifies them, grades them (A/B/C), and manages follow-up. DTS (Direct-to-Seller) The Revora system for reaching out to property sellers. The AI contacts sellers, qualifies them, and books calls for you.E
EIN (Employer Identification Number) A number from the IRS that identifies your business. Needed for A2P registration.F
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Question-and-answer pairs you add to your AI’s knowledge base. These help the AI give better responses to common questions. Field Mapping When importing a CSV, you match each column in your file to the right field in the system (like matching “Phone” in your file to “Phone” in GHL). Filter A way to narrow down your contact list or conversation list to show only specific results. Follow-Up A message sent to a lead who hasn’t responded yet. The AI handles follow-ups automatically based on the schedule.G
GHL (GoHighLevel) The platform where your Revora system lives. It’s a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool built for businesses. Grade (A/B/C) In the Agent System (DTA), agents are graded based on how investor-friendly they are:- Grade A: Very investor-friendly, understands off-market deals
- Grade B: Good agent, responsive, but more MLS-focused
- Grade C: Some interest, not actively bringing deals

KPI (Key Performance Indicator) A metric that shows how well something is performing. Examples: reply rate, calls booked, deals closed. Knowledge Base The collection of information your AI uses to answer questions. Includes FAQ entries and any training documents you’ve added.L
LC Phone (LeadConnector Phone) The phone system built into GoHighLevel. This is where your text messages are sent from and where messaging costs are billed. Lead A potential customer or business partner in your system. In the Seller System, leads are property owners. In the Agent System, leads are real estate agents. Lead Score A number (0-100) showing how interested or valuable a lead is. Lead Tier A category based on the lead score: Hot, Warm, Nurture, or Cold. LeadConnector The mobile app for GoHighLevel. Merge Field A placeholder that gets replaced with real data. For example,{{contact.first_name}} becomes “John” when the message is sent.
